Last Friday Hannah had her first recital. We were very excited to see her and wondered how she would do performing in front of people for the first time. She did great. I think I was more nervous for her than she was for herself. She did mix up the names of her songs, but she still did an awesome job. Thanks everyone for coming. It was fun to have Jake's family and some of my family there. Hannah was really excited when Laura gave her flowers after she played. Thanks Laura, that totally made the night. When we got home I was putting them in a vase and Hannah said, "Mom, I think that I want to save these flowers for when I get married." I told her that we could get new flowers for when she gets married, but she determined to have these flowers for her wedding. I think it is way to early to be thinking about Hannah's wedding!

that was the cutest thing! Good job Hannah!
Go Hannah!! How long has she been taking lessons?
Good Job Hannah, we wish we could have been there. Next time we come down you'll have to play for us.
I am glad we were able to be at Hannah's first recital. Jackson and Makenna are always talking about Hannah and William and when they will get to see them again.
That's great, Laralee! Her intonation is quite good (especially judging from my old violin students). Hooray for Hannah! Do you teach her?
Elliot will also be going to kindergarten this year and I have mixed feelings about it, like you. Hannah is so big and cute! I hope to see you guys some day soon.
(And thanks for your nice comments on my blog!)
